Bathurst Event - Automotive Karting Challenge 2023

The Pro Karts trade evening challenges have been put together as a fun, after work race
event against other businesses in your industry. We have held many of these
events over the years and most have been very popular and sold out quickly.

Most of our challenges are set up as an annual series and
businesses that enter will get first rights on next years spots.


The Big Race

Teams of 3-5 people depending on the event, race in a non-stop
relay-style race against other competing businesses to see who will be the first
team to complete the 200 laps. Teams will have to make a minimum of 11 pit
stops, changing to their next driver each time. Any team which has not
completed their pit stops by the time the checkered flag comes out will be
disqualified!


Any driver that deliberately makes contact with or blocks
another kart will cost his/her team an extra "penalty" pit stop...


When the first team completes the nominated laps the race is
then finished and the first team to complete them will be the overall winner.
The winning team will win the round winners trophy and get the all-important
bragging rights.


As we know most of you work really hard we will supply nibbles
and lite refreshments on the night.


The race events are limited to 13 teams on a first in first
serve basis.

This year we are running 3 Automotive Rounds and if you compete in 2 or more you

will also have a chance to win the series trophy. (If you race in 3 rounds, you
can drop your worst rounds points) series points are calculated over 2 rounds
in 2023.
